Regarding the violin, it was too strong coming in. There are some instances where it overpowered everything else when it shouldn't have, and some times it conflicts with the ocarina. Other than that, I thought it was an excellent.

I just saw all the violin hate comments. I think otherwise. The violin was amazing in my opinion, it was played very well and the violinist is pretty too :P All in all the cover was very well done

Guys stop hating on the violin, some Japanese music have 2 different instruments playing on the different tone. One on tune and the other instrument acts more of a background tune, 2 different tunes create a more 'epic' feeling on a song

I'm gonna remain neutral with the violin because depending what you are thinking about makes you think if it as good/bad. Sounds good to me considering all the positive comments and bad with the negative ones.

How can someone dislike this? It's the perfect combination of classical instruments and core rock instruments. The only thing that would have made it better was if they were all on stage together and the two sides were completely opposite.

Who the f*ck complained about the violin? Have you seen the sheet music for this song for the violin (or just the melody in general)? For the piano, this is a no stress, but for the violin, I took one look at the sheet and just sat it aside and noped it to the third degree. There's hundreds of flats in this song that make it near impossible for average player to be able to place the fingers on the string for the next note since there's no open string playing. Yeah, that means a lot to a violin player. Please, she did her best and I didn't find anything wrong with her playing.
