Whether it's Aversions Crown or Rings of Saturn or whatever band is called and or labeled "Alien-core" gets a love-hate relationship. Either people absolutely love it, or absolutely hate it. The criticizing of how bands like these make music kills me. I don't believe you critics realize how hard it is to obtain this sound and create a structured song out of it. I think it's cool that people are trying something new and progressing with it in order to better the sound and music structure of "alien-core". Its unique, its different, and I like it from time to time. I'm simply someone who enjoys music and especially metal. You will find bands like Rings of Saturn, Aversions Crown, The Faceless and other bands letlive , A Day to Remember, After the Burial, The Contortionist, Between the Buried and Me are all on my ipod. It doesn't stop there, but I seriously could go on for days on what kind of music I have. Point being is, its a sub-genre of Death-core. If you don't like it, tune it out. I don't waste my time going to a One Direction song on youtube and trash talking it. I simply don't care about One Direction.

I hate how people call shit "aliencore" like it was something serious they said, it was a joke. You can't just make a new genre based on lyrics alone if it still sounds like deathcore. deathcore is deathcore regardless if they are singing about puppies and kittens or aliens wiping out Earth.
