Not sure why people are saying it's the audio. All the high vocals and belts Matt did were completely fine. Matt just sang low notes very badly after CoE for some reason. He lowered his head voice down rather than just singing in chest. It's not the audio file. There may be some issue with the file, but this is mostly them.

The poor audio quality can be attributed to the mix for the internet live stream. This was 2006 after-all, and we haven't gotten THAT much better in 2014... There's a ton of skipping that CLEARLY is an error in the video, and not the band's performance. Performance wise, the City of Evil tour was definitely the shakiest era for Matt's voice. However, the mix definitely doesn't help him here. The Rev's vocal harmonies are loud and overbearing too. It was a huge transition for them as vocalists. One of the guitars may be out of tune as well, especially noticeable when it comes to the harmonies. I mean, the intro and outro harmonies sound correct note-wise, but the pitches are slightly off. The band was definitely a little sloppy during these tours though. They really tightened up live on the self-titled touring cycle.
