My favorites are "Africa", "Nightlife" , "Had Enough" (One of the best uptempo tracks on the cd), "Walking On Water", "That Dude" and "Wake Up".Another bonus track "Never Can't Give Up The Fight" is on select cd's ..Thats great as well.

Now as for the songs I didnt like on The Letter.."Body Police" is corny butI like how Avant sings the song in extremely lower notes....."Kiss GoodBye" is too generic and sound to standardized...."Where Did We Go" discusses the break up pf a couple but blames it on all the current social media outlets (Twitter, Facebook, Instant Messages"" and doesnt get to the roots of the problems. I really like "Wake Up"..very sexual with a wird beat I never herad of before. I liked basically the ist half.

I have his facebook page added on my profile...Avant (or his management team lol) updated the profile yesterday with mention if new duet song being realease with KeKe Wyatt. I have a feeling they are trying to draw interest in a possible new cd by both artists. Avant did a LOT of touring with "Letter" Cd and i think he may be finished recording new music.

"The Letter" was one of this artists BEST catalogs of music. That's juts my opinion though. The songs were just that great.

Thanks for the feedback.I like most of the entire "Letter" Cd. the music is risky..its basically sounds and beats that Avant has never experimented in the past and stays away from mainstreem r/b. i wish he would ahve completed video's for "Nightlife" and "That Dude". Those are two of my favorites.

lol yes this is Toto's song...but a great cover. This is not authentic though. Toto's version is the original and WAY BETTER.
