Uh, aren't punks generally in FAVOR of rights of the accused? Like, if a cop accused someone of DUI just because they got pulled over with bloodshot eyes and/or a 6-pack in the back seat, wouldn't most punks want that person to fight it and beat the system? But apparently, as the whole "defense attorney/victim" segment points out, that all goes out the window when it comes to rape cases: the dude MUST be guilty! No matter what evidence the defense provides, it doesn't seem to be enough for Aus, who just want the (accused) rapist to hang. Aus criticizes the defendant for putting up a vigorous counter-argument in this case and sides with the prosecution/government; in almost every other song of theirs, they (rightly) call out the prosecution/government and side with the defendant/people. Hypocrisy much?

How the fuck is this a feminist stance? What the fuck? This is a song about the facts of rape, and how out of control it is. I fucking hate feminist, and i love this song. Because i fucking hate rape and feminist. Its both bullshit. No sense in bringing that up, this is a song about the fact of how out of control rape is nothing more. My wife was raped twice in her life, once for 4 years as a little girl from her half brother, and once as a teen from a guy she thought was her friend. Wow, Anette, it's one song. Aus-Rotten has some of the most powerful politically charged music. They are for equality, but they have other topics too.
