If you like this off key wavering waif sort of sound then check out "En Gallop" by Joanna Newsom. She does what Aurora does but did it first and does it with much more abandon. Newsom later tamed it down with songs like "Baby Birch", in part because her doctor informed her that she could damage her vocal chords with the raw, unbridled singing that populates her first album. The melody and lyrics of Newsom's "Sadie" are brilliant. Aurora obviously has borrowed from both Joanna Newsom and Lorde.
