This video is edited, I saw the full performance. Originally he was trying to sing the song "Remember me" but he forgot the lyrics! He was super embarrassed about it and tried several times but I think he then got nervous and frustrated. Ultimately he decided to switch to this song as a backup; since it was the last song I think he was just a little upset, that's why he got emotional towards the end, and that explains the "I'm only human" line at the end.
