A little while back we asked the lovely Alice to do an animation music video for one of our songs. She chose Set Sail and after seeing the first 20 seconds we left her to it. We were stunned when we saw the finished piece - what we feel is a beautiful and evocative piece of animation to accompany the song. This is what Alice says about it:

"Embark on a surreal adventure towards the bottom of the sea and beyond, and let your imagination get carried away. A whale rider is ready to set sail and leave everything that he knows behind. But his eagerness to live might not always lead him in the right direction."

'Set Sail' is from the debut album 'Embers', released on 1st August 2013. Music by August and After with Ali Digby (Cello) and Theo Kung (Violin). Mixed by Vedantha Kumar, Mastered by Kevin Paul.
