I like how august mentioned that you don't no the person's life which is so true. I myself use to judge people based on what they did. It wasn't until I learned about some of the things people went through in life that I began to change my way of looking at people. That's why it's so important to not assume that a person is this or that based on what they do because you don't know what the person is going through in their personal lives. :)
