Bridgit is free to believe or not to believe; God gives her free will. That's what is beautiful and true about belief in God, it isn't forced, it is a free choice. I think Bridgit makes good points about belief and about the power of the human mind. I believe the magnificent human mind is another reflection of God, in whose image we are created, and God gave our minds the powers that Bridgit describes. None of what she says negates the fact of God. She can say it if she wants to; why should that threaten our belief in God? Why should it put us on the defensive angrily? How is this an inappropriate dialogue? It's good, for both sides. What good would belief be if it were forced? And belief is not alive unless it is questioning and can defend itself. No problem with someone pushing a believer to defend him or herself, as long as we can all do so peacefully and respectfully. I think Bridgit is being respectful, even though I disagree with her. Imagine you believe as she does, don't you see that she is just calmly discussing and explaining her views, not fighting? Why be angry with her? Whether Bridgit believes in the Triune God, in Buddha, the sun, the moon, or the Great Spaghetti Monster is her choice. God gives her that, and He gives that to all of us. He writes it on our hearts, even if we decide not to pay attention to it, and even if we "never heard of Him or Jesus". Always, we are free to believe or not to believe, and, again, what we believe in is a choice. Surely if she is going to believe, her belief is best placed in God, or else she misses out on the promise of eternity, for which Christ died so that we can enjoy that, too. If we don't believe, then Christ died in vain. For Bridget, Christ died in vain. For me, He did not. I hope and pray that Bridget (and everyone) will believe in the Triune God, but ultimately that is between each person and God. We can't force it. We are not wrong, as Christians, to share our belief and "proselytize" if you want, as long as we don't try to force it. But neither is Bridgit wrong to proselytize as she is doing here. How is that any different from Christian missionaries who go to spread the Good News? Why do Christians go far afield to do that? For the same reason that Bridgit comes to a Christian video...she wants to express her point of view/belief in a place where others surely think/believe otherwise. She is looking for dialogue, no different than Christians or Jewish or Muslim believers wanting to share their faith. We are all free to do so, free to discuss, free to disagree and free to believe or not to believe. But we have to do so in peace and LOVE, like God does. All of that said, I will never stop praying that Bridgit and EVERYONE will eventually arrive at faith in the TRIUNE GOD. And I do believe everyone will, but not because I am pushing them to it. God doesn't push, so why should we? God invites and welcomes us all to the truth. Take it or leave it. It's that simple.

Jesus did not create the Bible and the Bible create God. Really??? Jesus doesn't even come into the picture until the New Testament. Meditation may help calm people, but only GOD can change the circumstance.
