I don't think this song was necessarily dedicated to any particular drug, but it seems pretty clear that in the video at least she is doing cocaine. Note the small mirror with the credit card on it. Then when she gets out of the bathrub she dips her face down toward the counter and wipes her nose with a big smile on her giddy face. Looks like coke to me...10 years ago
