Doesn't matter if you're wearing a sack or wearing a plain white tshirt or a top end brand shirt, if you're making music and you're passionate about what you do and there's people that follow you and enjoy the things you produce, then you should continue. An image or somebodies opinion does not affect how you perform or create, so a group like this will not be affected by it. They make music like this because it's what they want to do, and it makes a shit load of people happy. Likes and follows and money and clothes reviews do not make a band or an artist; The music and the fans both make them who they are. If you enjoy it, brilliant, if you don't, that's equally as brilliant, because diversity and having opinions, differing tastes in art are what make humans so interesting. Astroid Boys will continue to flourish and make their music and play gigs around the country, and I'm sure the people at their shows will have a great time. Enjoy whatever you enjoy, negativity will not hinder anyone or propel you forwards. Positive mindset, and a kindness are what will make you shine. Keep it up boys, see you at Camden Rocks.8 years ago
