No ONE pianist on You Tube plays this waltz entirely to my liking. In each performance, be it even Rubinstein or Horowitz I like this but no that; I like this rubato but no that one; or it is excessive or in the wrong place (for me). This beloved waltz of Chopin leaves itself open to myriad interpretations, so that the only interpretation/performance of it entirely to one's satisfaction would be one's own.

This is absolutely amazing & breathtaking performance, it's about Arthur who was telling a beautiful and romantic story rather than just playing the piano with the perfect-Chopin-emotions in this piece. Bravo

The piano was was tuned exactly as Rubinstein preferred by his Steinway Concert Technician Franz Mohr. No one else has been able to match Rubinstein on this piece. His left hand introduces secondary melodies not heard in other performances.
