Do yourself a favor, as you're viewing this video, lean back, close your eyes, and think back to when you were young when you first bought this album, and think to how the world itself has changed and evolved ever since that time.

Right on Bro! I left my face outside the Agora many times. Saw Rory Gallagher, Roy Buchanan, Bo Diddly, The Clash all at the Agora.

Like I said before, should've definitely been huger than just regionally. "Wayside" had Top 40 written all over it. We should all blame disco for this classic band, album and gem of a song not making it big. Wish I could find this album. It's so damned hard to find anymore.

Didn't AD once feature former members of the DC-based 1910 Fruitgum Co (of "Simon Says", "Indian Giver" and "1-2-3 Red Light" fame)? Wasn't the Dodger originally discovered by Ohioans Jerry Kasenetz and Jeff Katz (who discovered 1910 Fruitgum, Ohio Express, Music Explosion, Crazy Elephant and even Michael Stanley's first major label band Silk in the mid-late 60's)?

Right you are. But we supported them going to shows and buying albums. Loved them here and they will always be our adopted sons. They need some space in the rock muesum too. It was the bands like this that kept rock and roll alive.

Popular in Cleveland because people in Cleveland know great music when they hear it. It was right to put the rock n roll hall of fame there. Just ask the artists what cities they like to play - Cleveland will always be near the top.

AD is originally from the DC area NOT Cleveland although they received more airplay in Cleveland than they did in DC. Ad's situation is sort of like the O'Jays, who are from Cleveland but they're often associated w/TSOP (the sound of Philly) or Steubenville's Crack The Sky who were more popular in the Baltimore/DC area. Ditto w/Cleveland-born Benny Mardones who was larger than life in DC/Maryland. DC gave Cleveland AD & we gave DC Benny & CTS. Fair trade I'd say.
