@chronicreptile: Have you ever seen Seether live? Both of the times I've seen them Shaun sounded pretty much identical to his voice on the cds.

@MErickson11 autotuning doesnt remove cracking in the voice, it just shifts it into tune. If you listen to saron gas then listen to the new record, the difference is massive. the sound of auto tuning is instantly recognizable. I really like Seether but the production really puts me off. it sounds too 'perfect'.

@chronicreptile: Erm, Shaun doesnt autotune his voice... Watch in videos of Seether in the studio and pay attention when Shaun is recording his vocals. Then listen to the actual song. You hear his voice crack just like it does when he's recording it.

First may I say, GREAT mixing on those boards! Glad they come out of the gates screaming, it does give their music depth & deep meaning! There's nothing like being in the studio, hard work, but the outcome & rewards are great! I'm really glad this was recorded for our viewing, I think ppl should see how hard bands work to put their music together for those of us who listen&love! Beautiful voices!
