Anvil of Crom / Conan the Barbarian Main Theme - 2 Electric Guitars video free download
This song was originally composed by Basil Poledouris for the soundtrack of Conan the Barbarian. Dan and Josh Monacella transcribed it to be played on 2 electric guitars. This was no easy task, as the score was intended for an entire orchestra to play. We used melodies and pieces from the song that we felt best represented the spirit of the piece.
The score proved to be too difficult to obtain, so all of these parts have been figured out by ear. This was a long and arduous task. The video is one take from start to finish, with no punch-in overdubbing or backing tracks.
We are both big fans of the movie and its soundtrack, so we consider this an homage to an excellent song and an excellent composer. Hope you enjoy!

Thanks !! I'm really sorry but we never had tabs for this piece. It was one of those "figure it out by ear" things. Now I wish we had tabs for it due to the requests people send. If you have an ipod you can watch the video and press play and fast forward at the same time to slow it down at 1:20 probably be a lot easier to hear and figure out.
