Wrong.. Give Nini a chance.. Open your eyes and just listen .. Overall a much better fit for AR.. I used to think Cassidy was irreplaceable ..NOT TRUE!

The band is very happy now. Stress free. Nini Camps is a great singer and extremely talented guitar player. Plus she's a genuinely sweet person. No comment on that other person.

...Nini is a good singer and a good guitarist. That said, in my opinion, she doesn't have as much charisma/personality as Cassidy nor does she possess the vocal range, or power of a Cassidy. While Dena is a fantastically talented drummer, the loss of Jen Zellenbach on bass guitar has reduced the rythym section to half its size and punch with Kristen's timid, novice-like bass playing. They're still a great band, but it's a different sound altogether.

@Yesica1993 Have you listened to the current line-up with Nini Camps on lead vox? I saw them live in NYC Oct 30, 2010. They pluckin' ROCKED! If I can ever figure it out, I'll upload some of the instant pics I took. Some came out nice; Nini, Cathy and Kristen dressed as sexy cops w/Dena as a prisoner! Sadly, they did not arrest me. : (

@Yesica1993 Antigone Rising with Cassidy as lead singer broke up. However, the new lead singer, Nini Camps, is probably an overall better lead singer. She is an amazing woman too, as she graced me with a few minutes of her time after their outdoor show in Northampton, MA, and then shooed me away from meeting Cathy. Can't blame her. ; ) Antigone Rising forever! Hi Dena, hi Kristen. I play your new 'Live From NYC' cd constantly. It pluckin' ROCKS! Please play "D.L.B." at all your shows.

this performance was the first time i'd heard of them, but i couldn't get the album here, i did however manage to track it down in NY while on holidays a couple of months after. The album remains one of my all time faves. These ladies are amazing.
