The whole band is. Joey Belladonna is such a great vocalist, he's singing as good as he was on Spreading, how many Metal vocalists can still do something like that? For sure, Charlie is my favorite Drummer and even though I know he's not the best, I consider Frank Bello to be a a veeery underrated bass player. (My favorite as well)
