ARTIST : Annie the clumsy

Annie the clumsy is a singer songwriter in Japan.

She started to play the ukulele which was one of the Christmas presents from her ex when she was in the UK in 2010.

After she came back from the UK, she accidentally found the clip of "Flight of the Conchords" on YouTube and they immediately became one of her most favourite bands.

She started making her own songs since and shares her cover songs, original songs, and short films on YouTube and SoundCloud.

Her deep and husky voice was chosen to sing for Mazda's TV advert last year. Since then she has been making music for some TV adverts in Japan.

Her new album "Annie the clumsy from my messy room" will be out in the middle of this October from Gota Nishidera (Nona reeves)'s his own label.

ウクレレ弾き語りシンガーソングライター。

2010年にイギリス留学中にもらったウクレレで音楽を始める。

New ZealandのComedy folk duoバンド”Flight of the Conchords”に触発されて本格的に曲作りを始める。

オリジナル曲、カバー曲、オリジナルの短編映画やミュージックビデオなどをYouTubeやSoundCloudで発表している。

2012年、ヤマハグループ主催の音楽コンテスト「The 6th Music Revolution」において、

応募総数2000組中の18組に選ばれ 東京ファイナリストとして出場。

ゲスト審査員：西寺 郷太氏（ノーナ・リーヴス）より高い評価を得る。

低音が心地よく響く声質は、ズーイーデシャネルやsokoなどが引き合いに出される。

その魅力的な声が注目 され「MAZDAフレアワゴン」のCMソング歌唱に抜擢され

そこから数々のCMの作詞作曲や歌を担当するようになる。

2014年10月中旬に西寺 郷太氏のレーベルからアルバムを発売する予定。
