A fabulous song, I can't believe nobody bought it. Had the original until Katrina destroyed it in my studio and all possessions. The government never fully rstored anything, only flood insuance rebuilt house- no collectables though! Bastards- Corps of Engineers and Federal Judges!!!!!.

Works both ways... does she really deserve your heart back? Why don't you take back yours, after giving it to her? Did she ever really deserve it? Where was hers, anyway?

@50s60steenidols Have you heard the tribute song to Annette by her friend Vince Smith, it's called "My Annette" and it's here on you tube.

@mike1950ful I agree with you Mike. This is a very cute song. And Annette was a wonderful and talented singer. You are absolutely right - There was no one like Annette. She had such a pleasant singing voice and her songs are so much fun to listen to. I have loved listening to her songs since 1976 - when I was 17 and bought my first record by Annette - Tall Paul. My favorite song by her is O Dio Mio.

Just thought we could all lighten up with all the Political Correct bull crap. Here's a great example of how our society didn't used to read a bunch of offense into everything. And by the way, Annette was so hot.

She has an accusatory tone about her feelings of betrayal, but that's the ways girls are about the guys that play with their minds. I wish I had had someone to talk to back then, a teenager, i was lost, completely, nowhere to go, no one to run to, except back to myself.

The cutest song Annette ever sang. She had so many great songs that never made the music charts. I first heard this song back in 1977. I still own the 45 with the picture sleeve. I think I paid 3 dollars for it when I bought it in 1978. I wonder how much it is worth now. Thankyou for putting this song on you tube.
