I heard this song the other night on Hell on Wheels, and really fell in love it. I found out that the original was written by Kat Goldman, so pay your respects to her version as well. I can really relate to it right now in my life. This lady has a beautiful voice, and I couldn't believe it hasn't been uploaded to youtube, anyways, enjoy it.

Very moving, well done. Now is everybody recovering from the disappointments of being a loyal fan? Today's drama, the roles, actors, scenery, all move us, but they are not entitled to hurt us. I've read your posts, you have a life, move away from this stuff.

The actress that played miss Lilly Beth decided to kill herself off the set of hell on wheels was too harsh for her, poor woman. She's now sitting at home in Dublin twiddling her thumbs waiting for a prospective big part.

Hell on wheels brought me here, and though I'm a 20 year old lad, I'm not ashamed to say this song brought me to tears. Her voice is beautiful and the lyrics tell a true story that a lot of people could relate to

Great song, i too heard it on Hell on Wheels. It caught my attention, resonating with my tastes. I used shazam to locate it and came on here to ensure it was correct. I'm now looking at the rest of their catalogue. Think i've found a new band to follow. Thanks for sharing.

i think i first heard this on A Prairie Home Companion. Its sad that music like this is a lost art today. It has so much soul and we seem to be a soulless people today. We need more like this.

Hell on Wheels brought me here too; but the song kept me here. This is good stuff. Phish fan by trade, but absolutely love the sound and the voice. Great stuff. Going to continue to listen to The Duhks.
