Thank god I had an older cousin who was into Nirvana enough to actually have Incesticide when it came out.  My first time really sitting down with that album absolutely changed my life, and my outlook on life, for better or worse.  Just hearing this song at the end of that compilation opened up things inside of me I was unaware of.  It's just one of those things that's so immediately familiar.  I felt like I had heard this before the first time it came on after Big Long Now.  Trying to describe what it was like when it was happening for someone who was just a bit too young to have actually seen them live.
