This video for Composer/Songwriter Andrew Judah was shot on location in Davao City, Philippines. It tells the story of a young boy living in the slums who is bullied and learns to face his fears. It shows off some of the landscapes, city life and hobbies (basketball!) of the Filipino people, and it also touches on the reality of youth and gang violence that put many children at risk in this country.

Directors Note: "I shot this video while also working on a bigger project for a BC-based NGO called Hope For The Nations that works with grassroots organizations all over the world to help provide safe places for children at risk of harm. The project is a short documentary about these 'Children at Risk' in various parts of South East Asia, and the people who are helping them, and will be released later this summer. To keep tabs on this project, check out the conversation around #childrenatrisk on Twitter and Facebook. HFTN flew me to the Philippines, put me up and even helped me cast the film (the martial arts mentor character is on the board for HFTN Philippines!), so to them I am very grateful.
