I have always been a devoted fan of Anathema, but when this album was released somehow I was extremely busy and couldn't find tome to REALLY listen to it. I first heard it and it struck me when my husband played it in the car on a gloomy day, 6th December, 2012, while we were going to our friend's funeral. Each time I hear "I had to let you go to the setting sun" I remember that day and cry like a baby.Anathema - thank you for making music worth waiting and living for, I love you guys.

this song perfectly applies to me. i fell in love with a girl and we both wanted each other. before we really got close to each other an incident between us happened, instead of trying to solve it in a rational way, she cheated on me with another guy. She and him broke up later and now she wants me to be with her but i kept refusing her. I have "never betrayed her trust" but she did. "i'll never betray your faith" but she did betray mine and for that i had to let her go no matter how hard she tries to be with me.
