Quite possibly the worst song I've heard. Is this supposed to be considered music?. Not sure which is worse, fingernails on a chalkboard or this noise.

This song is about the Stanford Prison Experiment carried out by Professor Philip Zimbardo. Zimbardo's book written in response to his findings is called The Lucifer Effect and concerns 'how good people turn bad', which explains how seemingly normal people were prepared to carry out the atrocities committed in Nazi concentration camps.

That's not the chorus, it's the bridge. Chorus' lyrics would be: Subjucate (incomprehensible) humiliate (incomprehensible) torture dissociate, the lucifer effect

It's still a riff. Think before you spout your bullshit from your disease ridden throat.

No, it isn't. 1349's albums before Demonoir were actually really good. Now...not so much.

You should try then Meshuggah's "Dehumanization" around the 2:10 minute, the heaviest riff ever created, seriously man go and serch for that song, it will blow out your brain.

The refrain goes "subjugate, humiliate, torture, dissociate".

Um, it sounds exactly like that and it makes total sense in the context of the song. What do you think he's saying?

No... it isn't. It doesn't sound anything like that rofl.

The 'Lucifer Effect' describes the point in time when a human crosses a moral boundary from good to evil, in action.

The chorus goes "The basest instinct of them all, mankind is born to torture, born to torture"

such an amazing song. That riff at 1:50 is the most powerful riff i may have ever heard. And the screams when it is repeated... just brilliance!
