The reason you can barely hear Amy singing is because she is singing VERY quietly on purpose. In an interview, I forget which one, she stated that she cannot sing Hello without crying, so that's why she never plays it live. Hope I helped. :)

Why the hell does it matter? Something traumatizing happened to her and people deal with it differently than others. It's kind of insensitive to just be like, "Oh well my sibling died too, so why can't you just get over it"

She chose to sing that song when she could have easily chosen to sing any other song she knew on the piano. If it was that personal to her, she wouldn't have tried to sing it in front of her whole family. She doesn't play that song live, and she says she doesn't listen to Fallen very often because it makes her depressed, so the words probably weren't fresh in her mind. I don't think it's that unreasonable for her to have forgotten the words like she said she did.

Just stop. "If you really knew Amy"? Really? I HATE it when fans act like they're best friends with someone they've never even met. Maybe she DID forget the words. Who knows? Certainly not you. But you can't just assume stuff left and right like you're some kind of psychic, and then talk down to other people for not being psychics. Some fans just think they know everything...
