@zrollins if you haven't already, get familiar with these bands: My Bloody Valentine, Drop Nineteens, Lush, Swervedriver, Ride, The Brian Jonestown Massacre... maybe even Bailter Space if you want to diverge a bit. That should get you off to a good start.
