It's not "promoting a disdain", that is a VERY strong word to use!...music is a form of the artistes expression/ individual opinion...its up 2 the listener to agree/have the same views or not. They aren't saying "I don't like white girls that wear fake tan...so other people shouldn't either". I'm pretty sure people that listen to this song haven't changed their personal preference of who they are attracted to based off of a couple lines of the song. Ppl like who they like regardless...

Because its promoting a disdain for the only section of society that could conceivably wear fake tan. Disdain being the operative word. Don't worry about it. I know I'm making a mountain out of a mole hill but personally I wouldn't put something like that in a tune I put out.

I don't think that is what she tryna say but even if she is....I don't really see the problem...why can't blacks like their own? There's plenty of white people and other races that only like their own so why cant SOME of us prefer our own?

Sick tune, a lesson grime should learn from hip hop is don't assassinate the black woman like hip hop did. As gangsta rap became more mainstream and helped record labels make lots of money the de-valument of the black woman became more common. Young middle class consumers were titillated by the misogyny and violence of rap. And rappers fed these indulgences to get rich. I have no problems with open sexuality, its great but why diss women as well? Sometimes even in the next line.
