I agree with you! Dan was interested in returning to the band, but Gerry wouldn't let him back in and I think Dan died with heart-broken.

in 1976 she waited in line for hours to get the second row center. Great concert and memories. When Dan left, they didn't falter, but they could have gone so much further.

i love them when they sound raw.later on their producers made them sound too clean.but they could rock.all great writers but dan was very underrated.on this they sound like a young modern americana band from today--except better.

If you love these clips of America and you do not have the dvd of this get it. I just received mine from Amazon and it is amazing. I cannot begin to tell you how great it is to watch the whole thing on your tv. I recently rediscovered America and I just love them!
