I had never heard the American Breed's take on this. So I just listened.Well I suppose we all stick to what we know and songs from our youth will always have a special place.But I have to say American Breed's version was bland in the extreme. Over produced, derivative and had little or no feeling in it. If you like it that's fine but it's poorer by a big margin.

Andy Fairweather-Low is still playing to packed houses, 46 years on, where, I ask you, are the American Breed? Nowhere, that's where. Andy has played with George Harrison, Roger Waters, The Who, Joe Satrinani, Bill Wyman and Eric Clapton, to name but a few, and is a repected musician and producer. So, you miserable bunch of haters, suck that up. Oh, and what, exactly are YOUR qualifications, and who have YOU played with? Grrrr!
