I purchased tickets to see Chris Botti at sound board in Michigan last summer and over book my Florida trip on the same day, I hated myself every since, i gave the ticket to my coworker who did not know who Chris Botti was now he's a big fan of his.

I first saw Botti in 1997 at JVC Jazz Fest at Lincoln Center, in NY. I had no idea who he was, he opened for Dave Sanborne . The Midnight Without You CD was just dropping , and when he introduced this song he explained how it was written on a snowy winter night in Manhattan after when his girl walked out on him. I love when an artist introduced something they wrote or did with this type of honesty. I envision a video showing the breakup...the woman walking out into the snowy Manhattan Street, and Botti just playing his heart out in the background. I especially love the guitar break.
