The intro gives such a great taste of something like old Metallica and ATR, the guitar part afterwords feels like a turnoff for some reason though. The chorus is really catchy and pulls you back. The rest after the first guitar is really great though.

Who cares if they changed their sound? They've been consistently good and do not have a bad album. Phil can scream like the devil, and sing like an angel. Killer album, this has to be my favorite song on it. Amazing lyrics.

ATR STILL produces some pretty brutal stuff. I just think they appeal to a wider fan base by producing some less intense material, which is smart.

Yeah man I love it when bands change their sound because like you said, it would get incredibly boring if it was the same every album - but it´s heartbreaking to see such a tehcnically adept band playing such generic sounding/much softer riffs when you and I both know they have created much more inspiring, awesome riffs.
