I know your comment is old but seriously? Go look up the lyrics to this song. It's a very positive song. It's not depressing in any way. Just because someone screams doesn't make them emo or depressing. I listen to EVERY (yes EVERY) genre of music. Pop, rap, metal, rock, country, techno, trance, acoustic, jazz, dubstep, nature etc. And I find that out of all of them metal tends to have the most in depth and meaningful lyrics. Whereas pop and rap is all about partying sex and drugs.
