When Ned Kemble learned that fellow police officer John M, Reposa Jr. lost his life in an off- duty motorcycle accident on August 10th, 2013, he was compelled to write All-City John, a tribute to the officer.

John earned the nick-name, All-City, not only because he was always there for his fellow officers but that he was always there for his community and for John that was the entire city of Providence, Rhode Island.

John touched the life of someone special. Responding to a call for a missing eight year old girl who was later found.John learned that the child suffered from autism. The child's iPad which was a big part of her life had been stolen. John returned to the home days later and presented the child with a new iPad.

All City John adds a uniquely personal sonic perspective to Reposa’s life: bagpipes. He was a founding member and drummer of the Providence Police Pipes.
