I think you misunderstood me. There are more pop-punk bands now than ever, due to the internet and availability of music. I prefer the bands you listed, but bands these days don't need to be in the mainstream to gain recognition, but there are bands such as The Wonder Years, A Day To Remember etc who are playing sold out shows around the world, but don't have the same exposure as blink etc due to the amount of bands releasing music now and there are loads because people want to hear it.

Just because the bands aren't in the charts anymore doesn't mean they don't exist. I listen to tonnes of new Pop-Punk like The Story So Far, The Wonder Years, I Call Fives and so on. Do yourself a favor and actually do some research rather than relying on charts to throw bands at you.
