I use Aegisub to make the karaoke subs (it's a free and easy-to-use program) and sometimes I add the translated lyrics with the same program, unless I want to edit the way they appear -slowly, from left to right etc- (so I go with Windows Live Movie Maker of windows 7). Feel free to ask anything about subbing, I'm always happy to help :)

What program do you use for the subs?? I want to try something similar, translating j-songs in greek that is.
