I know Hetfield and Metallica get a lot of hate, and they deserve it. But this is pretty impressive if you ask me. Yeah Het dissed Layne back in the day, but maybe his own addiction problems helped make him a better person.

When Alice was the opening act for Metallica during the show here Layne cound't go on. Probably from heroin. So Metallica came on early and Hetfield spent several minutes bashing Layne and calling him a junkie. A few people in the audience actually threw bottles at him. He was pissed.So I find this very strange he did this.
