mike starr got kicked out of the band eons ago dude. he hasnt been the bassist for alice in chains in almost 20 solid years. so therefore he was no longer a part of the band. he was out of the band before layne died. make inez IS alice in chains bassist. and has been for almost 20 years... you see where im going with this? its like saying ac/dc isnt a band because bon scott doesnt sing for them.

new album sucks balls and so does the lame fuck singing for them!! Layne is irreplaceable bottom line. they're like a cheap cover band doing fourth rate covers of the REAL Alice In Chains.

lol.. yah i know.. not everyone can get over addictions and it's really sad he had to be one of them.. I know I would have kicked his fucking door in if he was in that bad of condition.. i've always been able to stop on my own, sometimes it was hard, like just recently getting over a horrible oxy habit.. but I guess people like us should be really thankful that we have the ability to stop.. oh well i say long live layne staley, he will never die..
