Following on my everything metal extravaganza, this is Grunge's metal front at it's best, Alice in Chains. here's a track from their 'glam' days, this may have even been from when they were comically named Alice 'N Chains.

If you like what you have heard here let me know, as i have plenty more to share, and i'de love to discover more bands like this! Please check my other uploads.

Alice In Chains were never named Alice N' Chains: Prior to Layne Staley's full time joining of Alice In Chains, he had been in a Glam Metal band whose name had been Sleze. At a certain point, Staley pushed to have Sleze's name changed to Alice In Chains, and though the name was accepted by the band members, they instead went for Alice N' Chains in order to dispel any implied reference to female bondage. When Staley left that band, he joined Cantrell, Starr, and Kinney in a band that was originally called Diamond Lie, and Staley convinced them to use the name Alice in Chains.
