Nirvana was great band, I know what I say, cause I know them deeply. Lyrics - masterpiece, simple chords compared with charisma - power of injection, emotions-hard, other, sick. Alice In Chains - Lyrics-free man speech, awesome riffs compared with voice of both guys gave strong and full of emotion punch.

For all you guitar nerds/judges out there. Being that Layne wrote this song, I have to say that his guitar playing skill isn't really any better then that of Kurt. Layne's playing is a bit more metallic & sludgeir. Kurt's was more punkish with a dose of 70s hard rock/metal. But who cares, Those two certanly didn't. Layne liked in utero and said he was very proud of them recording it,

They're not better than AiC. They're exactly equal. That also means AiC isn't better than Nirvana. I could say this about Pantera as well. They're all equally good music. You're supposed to listen to music, depending on what mood you're in. For example, if you're in drunken and rowdy mood, listen to Pantera. Also, they had exceptionally good lyrics, so it doesn't always apply to drunks. Do you understand the English language I'm currently typing out to you here in this comment field on YouTube?
