Lots of us out there that this is hard to listen to. Lots of us teens wanted to act like Alice "The Band". Those guys were so freaking cool when I was a kid & I tried to play the drums & look like Neal. I got my ass kicked a couple times for looking so good & being a chick magnet. It was great but it was hard being a Alice fan back then. End of an era that only gave us a few albums & competed with Led Zep & other greats of that day. Alice Cooper "The Band" was amazing & I am so fortunate to have been a part of it all. Hold your head high if you were there.

....this particular ALICE song always gives me pause for shedding a tear....it defines a part of my life I WISH I could forget! Unfortunately, that will NEVER happen. Although I like everything musically and lyrically about this cut....I tend to shy away because of the unavoidable anguish it brings to me....

This may be the only recording of a live original Alice Cooper show that demonstrates how together this band was after years of touring, recording & just being in the early 1970's. Thank you for the posting & the sound quality of this everlasting wonderful time in rock history. I,We were drinking quarts of beer in any open garage we could find in sub zero weather just to act like Alice @ the tender age of 14. There were a lot of us. Just like goth today only way better cause it was happening.

What a time in music. Touring for Billion Dollar Babies in Spring and right to promoting a new album in Winter of the same year!
