She was out of the music scene for too long and didn't use BGT to her advantage until this year even though she has been there at least 3 years and that's why she has dismal views and zero radio play. In this country more than any other you have to keep putting music out there or people forget about you even if you are on Tv. Somebody like lady gaga can take a good 3 year gap in making music but if you do that here its almost like you have to start again. Its like pixie lott she was doing very well then took a break and then released a weak track and when you take a almost 2 year break in this country fans just don't wait around for you, in fact in most cases the next thing comes around and replaces you. Everyone has loyal fans, but its the fans aren't going to be looking to see if you have released new stuff that you have to reach and if you have been gone for 2-4 years they just wont bother and you fall out of favour and memory. Alesha needs to find some big names to feature or I'm sorry to say but she wont be in the music business much longer. tbh when i first heard she got the gig on BGT i hoped she would do as well as Cheryl has but she didn't seem to grab the bull by the horns with the chance. (Rant over) i do like her and that's why I am annoyed she hasn't done as well as I'd hoped.
