I've seen Alan twice now in Houston at a place called the Big Easy. It only cost about 5 bucks to see this Blues Giant. Amazing that he isn't more appreciated here in the states but, I talked to him during a break and he was being flown to Europe the next week (apparently this happens frequently). At least he receives the recognition he deserves SOMEWHERE in the world.
