I personally consider this to be one of the finest releases of their 1990's output. it was a truly melancholic album with a semi acoustic feel to it. Russell's voice started to deteriorate, but even though, his raspy vocals sounded great. It's good to know that he was able to recover his voice strenght more than a decade later. 10 years ago
