Traditional skins were first, then The British National Party started to recruit the second generation of Trad skins who weren't working (the whole pride of the Skinhead is his work ethic), brainwashed them and Nazi Skinhead was born. S.H.A.R.P. (skinheads against racial predjudice) was a response to the Nazi Skins but they ended up being just as bad as the Nazis in a lot of cases because instead of beating up non white people, they would attack anyone with a shaved head that wasn't a SHARP!!
