Agent Steel is an American speed metal band from Los Angeles, California that was formed in 1984 by the Brazilian singer John Cyriis and drummer Chuck Profus. The band released two full length albums and one EP before disbanding in 1988. They were most notable for John Cyriis's high-pitched vocals, catchy songs, melodic riffs and fast tempos mixed in with their unusual (in heavy metal) UFO conspiracy theory imagery. The band reformed in 1999 and has released three full length albums since.

Hi. Does anyone know the name of the speed metal band/album that has artwork that includes some men on rocks in the foreground and a big eye in the sky in the background? I think the band also had an album cover with an alien and a spaceship that was parked/crashed in the middle of a street and there was an electronics store in the background with TVs.
