Philip Lithman, aka "Snakefinger". He's been dead since the 80's so I doubt he'll complain about copyright and his label (which was founded and run by his friends The Residents, who were sampling pioneers themselves in the 70's and 80's and basically made a career out of doing grotesque mutations of other people's music) closed down in 2010.
