"I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" is a song by Aerosmith originally published in 1997 as a bonus track of the album "Nine Lives" and then in 1998 as a soundtrack to the movie "Armageddon - Judgement" by Michael Bay.

Aerosmith was formed in 1969 in Sunapee, New Hampshire (USA), after a meeting between Joe Perry and Tom Hamilton and Steven Tyler. The three then were added later, in 1970, Joey Kramer and Ray Tabano, thus completing the first training group: Steven Tyler (vocals), Joe Perry (guitar), Tom Hamilton (bass), Joey Kramer (drums) and Ray Tabano (guitar).

The first concert the band held it in a high school in the town of Hopkinton, Massachusetts. In 1971 is the first internal change when Brad Whitford replaces Ray Tabano that will still be close to the band, designing their logo.
