Hahaha this is Joe Perry's Mercy mixed with Reckless Life from Guns and slightly modified with some strange effects. I love aerosmith and I think these guys ROCK! Steven's voice is still unbelievably great! However, I think this album is very superficial (with some exceptions). If you wanna rock and roll, listen to the cover they did on Rattlesnake Shake from Fleetwood Mac (pandora's box version), Milk Cow Blues (unplugged), Remember (live - largo 1980), Nobody's Fault, Make it... these songs are the real deal.

I wanna know why they have little faith or didn't practice some of these songs to play live right now. They used to at least start off a tour w/ 4 or 5 songs from a new album even if they were too quick to drop them. Whether this song or another rocker, out of 18 songs (deluxe version) they should play more than one (Oh Yeah). Mix up the setlists, keep it fresh, back up your album...the fans are asking for it. Often songs live will be liked more than on the album simply b/c they are visual. \o/

Sorry to pick on you, but this doesn't sound like Rats or Toys to me at all. I don't get a firm recognizable beat or guitar. What *does* sound the same is the intro to Joe's solo Project song "Mercy." Check it out, quite a dead ringer, wouldn't you say? Lol. If you're gonna steal from yourself, better than others. I've stolen stuff from my high school poetry, so have painters & authors. watch?v=BQRXTXv90EQ If anyone thought this album would sound like Rocks or TITA they were smoking crack.

Reminds me more of Jailbait instead of Rats in the Cellar.

The songs awful, but it isn't a ripoff of Toys In The Attic at all. How would you even think that?
