It was a INSTRUMENTAL song called HEAVEN, that Ace & Eric wrote in 1981 during the elder. Years later in 1987 RITCHIE SCARLET WROTE THE LYRICS FOR FREHLEY'S COMET, Ace asked Eric to play on the song but Gene & Paul said no. then when Eric died in 91, KISS took the original song & had Bruce play over Aces guitar part & then they renamed it Carr Jam, they didn't even give Ace any credit at all for it, as if Bruce & Eric had recorded in 1981. Its bullshit.

For those of you who do not know ( apparently many according to the comments) Ace released this on his first Frehley's Comet album in 87. Eric Carr was given a writing credit on the album. It sounds like the "Carr jam" from Kiss' "Revenge" album because the "Carr jam" IS a portion of the same song. Eric and Ace wrote & laid tracks together for this song at some point during their time together. Just saying
